Presenter: Jim Bowden, Master Addictions Counselor, Certified through the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors since 1995. Mr. Bowden is a nationally certified addictions professional (CAP), certified in Florida since 1989 and in Massachusetts since 1982. He has international experience as a Citizen Ambassador with the People to People Substance Abuse Delegation, working in Europe, Moscow, Prague, Norway, and Sweden.
