Bill has more that 45 years of experience in the mental health and criminal justice fields. He has held positions as state director of corrections, associate warden, regional director of probation and parole services, director of a state training academy and many other administrative positions.

Lois over 25 years experience in the computer science field and corrections, working as a probation officer, and in the IT division with the Department of Corrections in Florida. She worked as a computer program consultant before joining Western Judicial Services in 1991, and she is the president of Xyprian, Inc. Corporation, a computerized assessment company. She manages the Materials Division, the Training Division and all support services, including personnel and administrative services.

Joe oversees all administrative operations in our Florida offices. Joe is retired from the Florida Department of Corrections where he worked for the past 31 years, most recently as the Regional Director, managing probation and parole services for the north half of the state. Joe is responsible for acquisition and termination of employees, directly supervising office directors, assisting with program management, and adding offerings according to local needs.
